About Our Mobile Occupational Therapy Service

From December 2025, Home On A Hill – Child & Family Therapy will be offering mobile occupational therapy services for children aged 0–10 years and their families in the Nambucca Heads region.

Our mobile OT, Natalie Vega, provides play-based, family-centred therapy designed to help children build the skills and confidence they need to thrive in everyday life.

What We Support

Our mobile OT service helps children develop the skills they need for learning, play, and independence. We support children experiencing challenges in areas such as:

• Fine and gross motor skills (coordination, balance, handwriting, strength)
• Sensory processing and self-regulation
• Attention, organisation, and planning
• Emotional regulation and social participation
• Everyday routines such as dressing, feeding, and play

Therapy is individualised, evidence-based, and delivered in your child’s natural environments — helping strategies translate directly into daily life.

Service Area

Natalie provides services within a 30 km radius of Nambucca Heads, including nearby communities such as: Valla, Macksville, Bowraville, Scotts Head, and surrounding areas. Therapy sessions can take place in:

• Homes
• Schools
• Childcare and early learning centres
• Community settings (e.g. parks, libraries, playgroups)
